About The Position

A Finance Analyst in the Finance Leadership Development Program will perform entry-level finance assignments and develop knowledge of Caterpillar’s procedures, philosophy, customers, dealers, organization, and financial practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at 4-year accredited university/college in one of the following degree programs: Finance, Economics or other Business or Technology major with a minimum 18 hours of Finance courses.
  • Minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA (both Finance GPA & Cumulative GPA).
  • Candidates must complete their degree before the hire date.
  • This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience in this field (excluding internships)
  • Candidates must be willing to relocate if necessary.
  • Professionals within the program must be willing to travel as needed.

  • Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • 5-day weekly onsite assignment.
  • Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a drug screen.

  • Analyze the financial strength of suppliers and work with our worldwide dealers to improve their financial results.
