Position Purpose: Compile and analyze financial information for Network Reimbursement and Contracting initiatives, playing a key role in achieving year-end cost-savings goal. This role will support the ideation, management, and execution of Quality and Affordability Initiatives (QAI) through financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with savings/cost reporting, tracking, projections, and variance analysis
  • Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, queries; macros a plus)
  • Power BI and Planview experience is a plus
  • Confident public speaking and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask, pivot, and prioritize effectively
  • Contracting and/or operations experience is a plus
  • Background in healthcare or managed care is highly valued

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial saving/cost impact analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
  • Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of initiative status and performance, providing variance explanations against forecast and prior periods
  • Present and discuss initiative status and performance with key business partners.
  • Identify and communicate key drivers and trends impacting financial results.
  • Support Network Leadership preparing materials and insights for monthly reviews and other executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Maintain financial models and dashboards to support ongoing analysis and reporting needs.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
