About The Position

Entry-Level Finance Administrator with New Creations Child Care – Supporting 20 Child Care Centers About New Creations New Creations Child Care is a growing organization operating 20 early childhood education centers. We are committed to operational excellence, financial integrity, and strong systems that support our directors and families. We are seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level Finance Administrator to support our financial operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance, accounting, or business career who enjoys organization, systems, and accuracy. Position Overview The Finance Administrator supports the financial health of the organization by assisting with tuition audits, accounts payable and receivable processes, managing center budgets, payroll reporting, and expense tracking across multiple childcare locations. This role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and comfort working with financial software platforms, mainly Quickbooks, Brex (budgeting software) and Excel, along with CCMS. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or in the process of earning a degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of administrative or financial support experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and financial software
  • Ability to manage recurring weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Strong communication skills when working with center directors
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Extensive sitting and computer work including typing, using computer screens, and creation of documents
  • Communication with center leaders at times- emails, phone, google connects, etc.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
