Learn more about our mission: https://ver-ai.com/ Role Overview We are seeking a finance professional who combines strong technical skills with sound judgment and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The Finance Administrator will support the day-to-day financial operations of our growing organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance Operations, this role plays an important part in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting reporting cycles, and strengthening financial controls. This position is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in an environment where processes and systems continue to evolve as the organization grows. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2–5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
Experience working within a rapidly growing or scaling organization
Experience supporting month-end close processes
Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, financial analysis)
Experience working in QuickBooks Online and comfort adapting to evolving accounting systems, including supporting system integrations or migrations as the organization scales
