The finance admin handles the needs of filing paperwork, reviewing title work paperwork and forms, and any other needs of the department. This is a great opportunity and is full-time! Requirements

  • Individuals with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Prior automotive experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review title paperwork to ensure it meets specified requirements
  • Communicate with customers, F&I managers, DMV, and other entities regarding proper documentation for all vehicle purchases
  • Review all deal jackets to ensure proper signatures and forms are completed
  • Follow up and communicate with F&I managers to resolve outstanding issues
  • Maintain logs and schedules to ensure proper documentation
  • Stay abreast of county and state title regulation requirements
  • Assist with other duties assigned by manager
