You’ll find that we’re also pushing boundaries across the country at our additional facilities in Troy, MI; Houston, TX; Merrimack, NH; Burnsville, MN; and Murfreesboro, TN. Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, we are in search of Final Assembly / Unit Cleanup for various Assembly lines and cells. This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. Trystar’s Final Assembly / Unit Cleanup position is an important part of Trystar’s plan to become the world’s foremost custom solution provider. Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Final Assembly / Unit Cleanup proficiently assembles various high quality portable and permanent power distribution components and cable assembles in a safe manner within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Requirements

1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings.
Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis
Must be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.
High school diploma or GED.
Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
Must adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.
Ability to work in a team environment while collaborating, troubleshooting and problem solving with coworkers.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Epicor ERP system for managing work orders, inventory, and transactions.
Ability to effectively use a tape-measure, perform simple mathematics.
Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.
Frequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required

Responsibilities

Conduct final quality checks to ensure that products have been completed to company quality and safety standards.
Install finished panels and ensure that all hardware is correctly installed and secured.
Perform thorough cleanup of assembled units to remove any debris, dust, or residues.
Complete Epicor transactions to finalize the assembly process and verify that all materials are issued accurately.
Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
