You’ll find that we’re also pushing boundaries across the country at our additional facilities in Troy, MI; Houston, TX; Merrimack, NH; Burnsville, MN; and Murfreesboro, TN. Trystar’s team members are our most important asset, we are in search of Final Assembly / Unit Cleanup for various Assembly lines and cells. This position plays a critical role in achieving our strategic objectives. Trystar’s Final Assembly / Unit Cleanup position is an important part of Trystar’s plan to become the world’s foremost custom solution provider. Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Final Assembly / Unit Cleanup proficiently assembles various high quality portable and permanent power distribution components and cable assembles in a safe manner within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings.
  • Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis
  • Must be able to read, write and comprehend plant directives written in English.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
  • Must adhere to all the PPE requirements to perform the job safely, this includes but is not limited to, Eye, Hand, Feet, and Hearing protection.
  • Ability to work in a team environment while collaborating, troubleshooting and problem solving with coworkers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Epicor ERP system for managing work orders, inventory, and transactions.
  • Ability to effectively use a tape-measure, perform simple mathematics.
  • Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly.
  • Frequent lifting, standing, bending & reaching required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct final quality checks to ensure that products have been completed to company quality and safety standards.
  • Install finished panels and ensure that all hardware is correctly installed and secured.
  • Perform thorough cleanup of assembled units to remove any debris, dust, or residues.
  • Complete Epicor transactions to finalize the assembly process and verify that all materials are issued accurately.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
