This position is part of the Supply Chain Quality organization and is responsible for inspection mechanical and electronic components used on all programs at Lockheed Martin Space. In this role you will inspect in-process and final assembly batches from production and assembly, verify that the production and assembly team met all requirements, perform visual inspections on parts, witness testing events, and accept parts into stock. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • familiarity with electronic and mechanical components
  • familiarity with analyzing and interpreting engineering specifications and drawings
  • familiarity working with manufacturing work instructions
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Must obtain an Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to start.
  • Applicant must be a US citizen.

  • SAP usage and experience
  • 3 year experience performing quality inspections
