About The Position

As a Film Booker, you play a critical role in connecting film companies, the Regal Film Department, and theatres to ensure accurate programming, scheduling, and showtimes across a large circuit. Working closely with multiple Film Buyers, you help turn booking strategy into flawless execution at the theatre level. This role requires a high level of organization, accuracy, and communication as you manage bookings, data, and film delivery details across many theatres. You’ll support day‑to‑day film operations while gaining deep exposure to the business side of theatrical exhibition in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • Be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines across a large number of theatres
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable working with varied stakeholders
  • Be comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and multiple software platforms in a fast‑paced environment
  • Have the ability to apply sound judgment and problem‑solving skills to resolve booking or operational issues
  • Be willing to learn projection and film operations, with flexibility to support occasional evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high‑volume email inbox and communicate clearly with theatres, film companies, and internal teams
  • Support Film Buyers by executing booking decisions, managing cancellations, and maintaining events calendars
  • Enter and maintain precise booking, pricing, and showtime data across multiple systems, including Vista
  • Monitor theatre showtimes, formats, grosses, and policy compliance to ensure accuracy and alignment with agreements
  • Coordinate film delivery details, including drive movement, KDM tracking, and troubleshooting issues with theatres
