Requirements

• Prior file room or related experience 0-2 years preferred
• Strong organizational and planning skills; good follow-up skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate and delegate filing projects
• Ability to work independently
• Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• High School Diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Organize personnel file contents: Pull, scan, and upload files to appropriate Dayforce records
• File maintenance: Ensure accurate and efficient maintenance of employee benefits, personnel and leave of absence files
• Ensure confidentiality: Assure privacy of employee personal, benefits and leave data and information
• Follow required guidelines: Ensure that Associate personnel files are permanently stored electronically and properly destroyed
• Utilization of HR systems: Learn to effectively research information in HR systems
