About The Position
Windwalker Group is hiring Safety and Hospitality Associates for the Boston 26 FIFA Fan Festival™ at City Hall Plaza. This is a 41-day security program running May 20 through June 30, 2026. Associates will be assigned to fan entry lanes, perimeter posts, interior patrol, and access control positions throughout the event.
Requirements
- Prior event, venue, or crowd management security experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and de-escalation skills
- Able to stand and remain alert for a full 8 or 12-hour shift outdoors
- Must pass a background check before deployment
- Availability for the full program period preferred

Responsibilities
- Staff assigned post for the full shift — fan entry lanes, perimeter, interior patrol, or access control
- Operate Evolv OPENGATE AI weapons detection systems at fan entry points
- Monitor crowd behavior and report concerns to your Supervisor
- Assist guests in a professional, friendly manner
- Support ADA-accessible entry lane operation
- Complete shift handoff and document any incidents
- Maintain radio communication and follow all command directives
