About the Role: - Customer Service Excellence: Your top priority is ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. - Observation & Reporting: You excel at surveying your surroundings and delivering detailed, accurate reports on activities at your assigned locations. - Critical Response: In urgent situations, you're quick to respond and handle them with precision. - Enforcement: You know when and how to enforce procedures, regulations, and standards effectively. - Leadership: You'll perform progressive disciplinary measures across your division, setting the standard for others to follow. - Incident Management: You'll be the first on the scene at multiple client locations, ensuring incidents are managed and reported accurately.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience (Lead, Shift Lead, Field Supervisor)
- Prepared to ace a thorough screening process
- Valid driver's license
