New roles include Project Management, Creative, R&D, Technical Training, Client Experience, and Business Operations.

Department: Enterprise Sales / Operations Support

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical operations, equipment service, or apparel production training.
• Excellent instructional, troubleshooting, and presentation abilities.
• Mechanically inclined and capable of managing field installations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment, transfers, and operators across all client or partner locations are production-ready and performing to standard.
• Develop and deliver training on equipment setup, maintenance, heat transfer application, product loading, and embellishment best practices.
• Manage installation, calibration, and maintenance of heat presses and related equipment.
• Lead operator training and certification programs covering all application methods.
• Train new or partner facilities in proper product loading, platen selection, and finishing techniques.
• Audit production sites to ensure compliance with application and quality standards.
• Develop visual guides, SOPs, and training videos to support operator success.
• Support troubleshooting, remote diagnostics, and on-site issue resolution.
• Collaborate with R&D and Creative teams on integration of new technologies and methods.
