This role blends people leadership, strategy, and hands‑on training delivery, ensuring consistent global sales training standards while addressing region‑specific sales training supporting technical and code requirements. The role is responsible for leading a distributed team of regional sales trainers and developing scalable sales training programs and content. In parallel, this position maintains direct accountability for North America (NA) internal field sales and channel partner sales training, serving as both a leader and sales trainer for the region.
