About The Position

Driven Brand’s Talent Acquisition group is looking for a Driven Field Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to make a difference! Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and supporting our Field Operations segment, this role is sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. This position requires a proactive, results-driven professional with high-volume recruiting experience, particularly in the fast-paced retail setting. Field Recruiting partners and works closely with various stakeholders to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process for our Take 5 Oil and Auto Glass Now shop locations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Must have experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing passive candidates (high volume recruiting in a retail setting preferred)
  • Must have a proven track record in managing multiple requisitions and meeting ambitious hiring goals
  • Track record of building strategic partnerships with various business stakeholders.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills, with a proven track record of successfully filling high-volume, high-impact positions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools, as well as strong knowledge of social media recruiting strategies.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems; sourcing, communication, mass marketing.
  • A passion for people, growth, and community, with a strong alignment to Driven Brands mission and values.

  • Proficiency with Workday strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for various management and hourly positions, ensuring alignment with Driven Brands values and culture.
  • Partner with Regional Directors of Operations, District Managers and Store Managers to understand specific staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through our CRM, networking, social media, and other creative sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain positive KPIs, such a interview’s scheduled, offers, hires, and time to fill.
  • Promote Driven Brands family of brands as an employer of choice by actively engaging with candidates and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, during the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
