The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment with a primary focus on corporate roles, while supporting talent acquisition efforts across plant locations. This role serves as a key partner to hiring managers and plant HR teams to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant hiring practices across the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own recruitment systems and processes, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), candidate sourcing through various hiring platforms, and administration of pre-employment assessments. In addition, this role will coordinate onboarding activities and contribute to employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
