The Field Support Leader is accountable for all field support management, chain-driven Hallmark market development, and major revision activities. This role manages assigned budgets to support all Hallmark objectives and targets. They are also accountable for improving Hallmark’s approach to ensure all capabilities and processes are utilized in the most efficient and effective way while exceeding retailer expectations. The Field Support Leader has a track record of leading and developing people, driving high performance, and balancing the workload of directing installations and troubleshooting. This role emphasizes building team capability through coaching, training, and performance management to ensure sustainable success. Influences and collaborates with internal business partners to improve productivity and reduce costs. Leads and develops a team of Field Support Managers, creating new/enhanced processes utilizing a variety of technology and systems to ensure prioritization and productivity of work activities across teams/functions.
