As a Facilities Leader at GO Car Wash, you’ll be responsible for maintaining GO Car Wash facilities and equipment toward achieving the overall strategic objectives of the Company and Market. You’ll work with site leadership to ensure the day-to-day maintenance and equipment is maintained while managing costs, necessary to give our customers a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience. You’ll also help train, and coach our Teammates to uphold our values, which includes setting an example when completing all required car wash activities.
Requirements
- Demonstrate operational excellence
- Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example
- Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities
Nice To Haves
- Experience with service and installation in the car wash industry preferred, but not required
- Experience in DRB systems, tunnel controller, network and POS equipment
- Possess the ability to diagnose electrical control circuits
- Knowledgeable in plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic systems
- Demonstrate proficiency in the safe use of power tools and heavy equipment
- Forklift, welding and electrical certification preferred, but not required
