About The Position

ION Solar is a rapidly expanding, full-service residential solar company with a strong nationwide presence. Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country Field Compliance contributes to Ion Solar by working directly with the Compliance Manager to help reach departmental goals by performing audits on the work queues for excessive timelines and bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Proficient in Project Management Systems
• Comfortable having conversations with governing bodies
• Computer Proficiency
• Understand the full scope of a solar project
• Clear articulation of language and writing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems
• High School Diploma with 2 years of experience

Nice To Haves

• Solar experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Audit Work queues
• Review quality of work being performed by other specialists
• Report to the manager on any discrepancies or issues within the workflow
• Tackle Escalated or complex issues with projects
• Fill in where extra attention is needed
• Clear articulation of language and writing
