About The Position

The Hydro-Vac Field Supervisor is a hands-on field leader within our Cleaning Division. This role oversees hydro-vac and industrial cleaning operations supporting oil and gas drilling and completions activities. The Supervisor is responsible for crew leadership, safety execution, customer communication, equipment readiness, and job performance while working shoulder-to-shoulder with field personnel. This position requires deep oilfield experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally as the senior onsite authority.

Requirements

  • Mandatory experience in oil and gas drilling and completions operations
  • Familiarity with drilling backyard operations and closed loop systems
  • Prior experience supervising or leading field crews
  • Strong understanding of hydro-vac and industrial cleaning operations
  • Working knowledge of equipment maintenance coordination and readiness
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Willingness to work long hours, outdoors, overnight, and in all weather conditions
  • Ability to adapt to a non-set schedule based on operational demands
  • Valid CDL w/ Tanker endorsement

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily field operations including hydro-vac excavation, pressure washing, pit cleaning, upright and frac tank cleaning, and potholing
  • Lead crews with a hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder mentality
  • Serve as the highest-ranking company representative on site when applicable
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customer representatives regarding job progress, scope, and requirements
  • Monitor work activity and accurately assess job progress, crew performance, and efficiency
  • Train, mentor, and develop employees through active instruction and field coaching
  • Enforce company safety policies and oilfield best practices at all times
  • Assist the Cleaning Division Business Unit Manager with overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance for all division equipment
  • Ensure equipment is properly prepared, staged, and job-ready prior to mobilization
  • Identify equipment issues early and communicate repair needs to management
  • Assist with job planning, logistics, and execution in dynamic field conditions
  • Accurately complete required documentation and reporting
  • Represent the company with professionalism at all times
