About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Field Solutions Architect. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and deliver complex IT solutions while working closely with a network of resellers and vendors. Your expertise will influence C-level executives and drive significant revenue growth. This hands-on position allows for professional growth, leadership development, and the chance to make a substantial impact across various projects and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; HS/GED minimum
  • 5+ years of consultative technology sales and/or solution architecture experience
  • Deep knowledge of vendor-specific tools and solutions; 2–4 major certifications required
  • Proven ability to influence C-level executives and convey technical concepts in business terms
  • Strong understanding of ROI modeling, comparative analysis, and market trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in executive briefings
  • Minimal travel requirements, with occasional visits to client sites

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account teams and vendors to architect end-to-end solutions that align with reseller business objectives
  • Lead proof-of-concept, staging, configuration, and on-site implementation of complex systems
  • Anticipate technical risks and proactively propose mitigations to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to position technology value and ROI to senior leadership
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, statements of work (SoWs), and bills of materials (BoMs)
  • Drive sales through meetings, virtual demos, and social media thought leadership
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deliverables meet SLAs and timelines
  • Build strong relationships with resellers and vendor partners through coaching and mentoring
  • Create and publish authoritative content for social channels and knowledge bases
  • Deliver training sessions to enhance partners' sales and technical skills
