We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-driven Service Technician who takes pride not only in quality and efficiency, but also in delivering outstanding customer service. If you’re passionate about helping homeowners protect their biggest investment while creating a “WOW” experience at every appointment, you’ll fit right in. You’ll run pre-scheduled maintenance visits, complete system inspections, and recommend smart upgrades that improve performance and safety. Requirements

  • Comfort working independently and managing a structured daily route
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
  • Passion for customer service and the ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer experience
  • Construction or trade experience preferred
  • Consultative sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Valid non-probationary driver’s license and safe driving record

Responsibilities

  • Complete annual maintenance checks with precision and speed
  • Work independently in customers’ homes using proven processes and tools
  • Inspect, maintain, and upgrade waterproofing, foundation, and concrete systems
  • Deliver outstanding customer service built on trust, professionalism, and genuine care
  • Identify issues early and recommend effective solutions
  • Uphold Sure-Dry’s quality, safety, and performance standards
