About The Position

Run cases from home Primary day-to-day responsibilities: Daily travel to customer sites to repair printers (primarily Fujifilm and Lexmark), replace workstations, troubleshoot networks, work on POS equipment. Miles per day driving: 50-150 miles Mains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Candidates should be located within 30 miles of 24029 Supporting Roanoke, VA and surrounding area - Lynchburg, Christiansburg, Blacksburg, Salem, Forest Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Requirements
