This position will require overnight travel from Sunday - Thursday. Onsite at client location during normal business hours with travel overnight. OT may be required. Requires a valid state driver's license (Real ID compliant), clean MVR, and a reliable vehicle. Will vary depending on client locations Should be located Within 75 miles of Louisville KY 40213 Candidate review and interviews start: ASAP Duties and Responsibilities: Project focus on upgrading advanced commercial printers at retail locations Duties may include replacing printer parts, paper feed, power supply, changing the print head, changing toner drum, transfer belt, image unit Perform complex upgrades and troubleshooting of printers, servers, hard drives, and monitor systems Provide on-site technical support to internal or external customers in resolving complex or escalated technology issues on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment Install and remove equipment and systems as required Responsible for day-to-day operation of applications and equipment and serve as a customer contact on technical and service-related problems Ensure that all schedules, transmission, on-line systems, and problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner Serve as a liaison between customers, departments, and within the organization to lead problem resolution and change management processes Determine the most cost-effective repair / resolution to minimize customer downtime
