About The Position

CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client is seeking an on-site Field Service Technician – IT to provide hands-on desktop support. This role focuses on resolving hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED minimum (Associate’s Degree or IT certification preferred)
  • 1+ year of hardware support experience
  • 1+ year of in-person, customer-facing IT support
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing tickets in ServiceNow
  • CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Server+, Cloud+, or Mobility+ certifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, IP phones, and conference room equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  • Perform Active Directory administration and support Windows 11 & Microsoft 365 environments
  • Assist with Cisco VPN, Citrix, and corporate mobile device support
  • Deploy and image devices (USB/PXE) and maintain asset inventory
  • Manage tickets and workflows using ServiceNow
  • Support IT projects, printer systems, and IP telephony
  • Coordinate hardware orders and deployments
