About The Position

The Field Service Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery across various client sites. This position is responsible for managing daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring the performance of field personnel to meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals. The supervisor acts as a key liaison between the field team and management, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, the role involves training, mentoring, and evaluating staff to maintain high standards of technical expertise and safety compliance. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or technical support roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of field service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and customer service.
  • Proficiency with field service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites within assigned regions.

Responsibilities
