About The Position

The (Field) Service Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of field service engineers who provide technical support, installation, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in field operations. This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ junior to experienced expert-level roles. Internal Mapping Note - HR TO REMOVE PRIOR TO POSTING! Requirements

  • Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 6+ years of relevant work experience are minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to travel and work in field environments.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise field service teams and coordinate service activities.
  • Ensure timely and effective installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide technical training and support to team members.
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements.
