As a Metrohm Field Service Specialist, you’ll be the face of our Service team—providing technical support and on-site service that keeps our customers’ instruments running at peak performance. You will: Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance, and refresher training for benchtop analytical systems. Support customers both on-site and remotely (via phone, email, Teams). Manage a dynamic schedule across the territory. Build strong customer relationships through expert service and communication. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experience. 📍 This role covers Los Angeles and nearby California regions extending to the Nevada border.
