Seeking a Field Service Technician with pump experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Anaheim, CA. This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k! Pay: $35 - $40 per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities: Repair, fabricate, install and remove a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps as well as other related rotating equipment, both in-shop and in the field; also, system troubleshooting, field alignment and equipment start-up, maintain company vehicles and shop equipment, accurately and professionally complete all field tickets and job reports. Responsible to complete all tasks from installation, startup, scheduled maintenance, functional & performance testing, training, project closeout, and warranty transition Check all equipment after installation and prior to start-up of pumps and associated equipment within the allotted time and in a professional manner Get service tickets signed by appropriate company representative before leaving location Works with customer to understand equipment issues, troubleshoot and diagnose root-cause problems, and arranges necessary parts and service to resolve issues Communicate relevant customer comments, inquiries, questions or concerns to appropriate personnel Be available for after-hours field service when needed
