We're seeking a seasoned Field Service Pump Technician/Laborer to join our New Braunfels, Texas operations. In this role, you'll manage all onsite inspections, installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks to ensure efficient operation and properly functioning equipment and assist in field installation. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1-2 years recent experience with basic diesel and/or electric pump repairs and similar equipment, preferred.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Nice To Haves
- Trade school training a plus.
- Certified Welder preferred.
- Experience in the rental pump industry, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Tie workflow to schedule.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions independently.
- Manage all on-site inspection, installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks to ensure efficient operation and proper functioning equipment.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
- Keeps accurate and timely records of equipment movement, installation progress, service schedules, customer interactions, and other paperwork as required for proper documentation of work performed.
