As a Field Service Manager and key member of the Eastern Region Service team, you manage the field service team and ensure a uniform, efficient delivery of industry-leading customer service. This role is based at our US Headquarters in Ashland, VA. The base salary range for this position is $93,000/year to $105,000/year. The comp package includes a bonus. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
3 years of management/leadership experience and 3 years of experience in a technical services environment
Strong customer service skills
Valid driver's license and passport

Responsibilities

Managing the field service team, including personnel decision, performance appraisals, and training requirements
Monitoring metrics including MTBF, MTRR, revenue/head, profit margins, etc.
Maintaining policies and procedures according to corporate and industry standards, and ISO 17025 requirements
Reporting of failure trends and product weaknesses
Travel with Field Service Team (up to 40%, including overnight)
