Responsibilities Install, start up, and test Delkor equipment at customer sites. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic programming issues. Perform preventive maintenance, audits, and equipment optimization. Train customer personnel on operation and maintenance. Complete service reports, documentation, and followâup. Support equipment checkout, PLC/HMI updates, FATs, and assembly as needed. Qualifications Associate degree in Automated Systems, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field. 2+ years as a Field Service Engineer I or 3+ years relevant field experience. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability. Experience with RSLogix 500/5000, PanelView Plus HMIs, and reading schematics. Ability to travel frequently, often on short notice. Excellent communication, organization, and independent work skills. Physical Requirements Regular lifting up to 40 lbs; occasional lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance. Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and work in production environments. Work Environment 70% travel to customer facilities (industrial production environment). 20% work on Delkor’s production floor. 10% office-based work and documentation.
