The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for a broad range of activities related to the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of the company’s specialized X-ray inspection systems. The position involves both on-site fieldwork and remote technical support, with a significant portion of travel to customer sites across the United States (and occasionally abroad). You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams — including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers — to ensure the delivery of world-class customer service and the optimal performance of systems in the field.
