Own your assigned territory, managing customer relationships, service schedules, and inventory. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize system performance and uptime. Document service activities accurately and timely, including compliance and reporting requirements. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including occasional weekends. Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 80 lbs), and operate company vehicles safely for local and regional travel. Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to support customer-focused solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
