About The Position

We’re seeking a reliable Field Service Coordinator to support our West Coast Merchandising Team. You'll be the right hand to our Field Service Manager, ensuring the team stays organized and effective. Starting part-time (20-30 hours/week) with the potential to grow, this role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • A friendly, proactive, and can-do attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed
  • Experience in merchandising (greeting cards, magazines, or gift cards preferred)
  • Confidence using Microsoft Suite products and comfort with technology (smartphones or tablets)
  • A commitment to supporting the field team and delivering excellent service to key stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership or managerial experience is a plus!
  • Experience with One by Movista software
  • Some college education

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to support for our Field Merchandisers in the Mountain and Pacific Time zones via chat, phone, and email
  • Review time logs, troubleshoot issues, and provide assistance with field reporting software
  • Help resolve fieldwork challenges and ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in prescreening, onboarding, and training new merchandising candidates
  • Stay on top of daily administrative tasks, project management, and data organization
  • Occasionally travel to provide on-site support where needed, with some short-notice flexibility
  • Jump in when necessary to cover fieldwork, including some Saturdays
