Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or a related role
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Strong proficiency with scheduling and CRM software
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- High school diploma required

- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule field service technicians based on demand and geography
- Serve as the liaison between field teams and customers for scheduling and updates
- Track service calls, parts, and job completion timelines
- Maintain accurate records in the service management system
- Support compliance with safety and service quality protocols
