Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and training leadership, you will ensure employees are equipped with the skills and insights to drive customer success. This hands-on role requires coaching, mentoring, and delivering both in-person and virtual training while analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the learning culture and supporting the growth of a high-performing sales organization. Travel is required up to 50% of the time, primarily within the United States.
