About The Position

Debug Pest Control is growing fast — and we’re searching for a driven, relationship-first sales professional with a hunter’s mindset to help expand our footprint across RI, CT, and MA. This is a role for someone who thrives on the chase, loves people, and knows how to turn conversations into loyal customers. You’ll be in the field daily, actively building your pipeline, building trust in the community, and bringing new business to life. We’re open to diverse backgrounds — whether you’ve sold real estate, managed a territory, run your own business, or grown accounts in a different industry — if you're energized by people and outcomes, we want to meet you.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (real estate, trades, territory sales, home services, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable with mobile tech, CRMs, and ChatGPT for follow-up or content creation
  • Comfortable with both residential and commercial selling
  • Able to perform on-site inspections (we’ll train you on this)

Nice To Haves

  • Pest control experience is a plus — (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Own your territory like it’s your business — we’ll provide the service area, and you’ll build and execute your growth strategy across residential and commercial markets
  • Proactively generate leads through door-to-door visits, networking, community events, cold calling, and referrals — this role is built for go-getters
  • Build real relationships with key local players like realtors, property managers, and home service pros — coffee chats, lunches, and even the occasional round of golf are all part of the strategy
  • Educate customers on our solutions in a consultative, friendly way — we solve problems, not push products
  • Stay organized and consistent by logging all activity and proposals in our CRM (FieldRoutes + SmarterLaunch)
  • Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations to recommend the right services
  • Partner with our internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and great client experience
