Actively manage and grow an assigned South Texas territory through regular in-person customer visits, jobsite presence, and relationship building Present, promote, and sell products and services using consultative, value-based selling aligned with customer operational needs Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers Develop new business through field prospecting, networking, and onsite visits Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the field, ensuring quick response, issue resolution, and exceptional service delivery Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships that drive repeat business and account growth Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing, and rental/service packages tailored to each customer’s scope of work Manage and track sales and progress in customer relationships through sales cycle Monitor customer activity, competitor presence, and market trends within the territory and provide actionable feedback to management Understand each customer’s operational challenges and develop clear value propositions that differentiate our services Assist in dispatch notifications from customers
