The Sales Field Training & Performance Lead is responsible for elevating sales effectiveness across Amerita’s national markets through hands-on field coaching, structured development programs, and performance-based training initiatives. This role drives execution of Amerita’s sales model by reinforcing skill development, identifying performance gaps, and translating field insights into scalable training strategies that improve referral growth and market penetration. This position requires a strong field presence and close partnership with Sales Leadership to ensure consistent execution, accountability, and continuous improvement across the sales organization.
