About The Position

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are on the front lines of growth. While you will hunt for opportunities via traditional outreach, this is a predominantly field-facing role. You will be the face of the brand at regional conferences, trade shows, and industry events. You won't just be a voice on a phone; you’ll be building meaningful, in-person relationships with educators and school leaders.

Requirements

  • You have 1–5 years of experience in lead generation or B2B sales.
  • You have a track record of exceeding targets and a hunger for career progression.
  • You are comfortable and confident in client-facing environments.
  • You can walk onto a conference floor and hold a meaningful conversation with a Superintendent or Principal with ease.
  • You are proactive, organized, and a quick learner who understands the fundamentals of qualifying an opportunity.
  • You thrive in an environment where you are given the freedom to explore new solutions and approaches rather than just following a rigid script.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand at major events to generate high-quality leads and qualifying opportunities for the Account Executive team.
  • Work closely with seasoned AEs to coordinate outreach and gain exposure to discovery, demos, and pipeline management.
  • Expect significant travel to partner districts and conferences to see the technology in action firsthand.
