About The Position

This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of data, commercial strategy, and customer partnership, supporting the growth of our categories with key retail customers. In this role, you will: As an Entry-Level Sales Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between data and business decisions. You will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support our sales teams and retail partners. Key responsibilities include:
Requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision making
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Building trust and reading the room during retailer meetings.
- Retail Math: Understanding margins, price elasticity, and share of shelf.
- Empathy & Active Listening: Identifying and solving a retailer’s specific pain points.
- Data Storytelling: Translating complex metrics into a clear, persuasive narrative.
- Bachelor’s Degree
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to syndicated data tools such as NielsenIQ or Circana (IRI)
- Familiarity with retailer portals (e.g., 84.51°, Retail Link)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
Responsibilities
- Translating data into insights that inform commercial strategies
- Supporting category growth through analysis and storytelling
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track performance
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
- Developing a strong understanding of retail dynamics and customer strategies
