EPC Services Company a leader in Electric Transmission & Distribution construction, is excited to offer an immediate opportunity for a Field Safety Manager for a project in Great Falls, MT that is expected to last approximately 1 year, starting April 2026. This is a temporary position.

What You’ll Do
Lead project safety initiatives, conduct inspections and audits, provide training and coaching, and foster a culture of proactive safety awareness.
Partner with Construction and Project Managers to enhance safety compliance and foster a Zero Harm safety culture.
Collect and analyze leading indicator data to detect trends and implement measures to continuously improve project safety performance and culture.
Be the go-to safety resource for EPCS team members and clients, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry best practices on all EPCS construction projects.

Requirements

• OSHA 30 trained (or MSHA equivalent) and current training in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety or a professional safety certification (e.g., CUSP, CSP), or at least 5 years of safety management experience.
• Strong experience with application-based safety management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to relocate and reside near the project site.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with clients and contractors.
