Part Time Field Researcher

Zonda is hiring part-time Field Researchers to help track new home construction in your area. Ideal for independent workers who enjoy solo drives and a break from screens or sales calls. What You’ll Do: Once every quarter (every 90 days), you’ll spend 2–3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. No sales, cold calls, or office hours.
Requirements
- Enjoy quiet solo work and flexibility
- Are detail-oriented and organized
- Have a reliable vehicle, valid license, and insurance
- Can lift up to 20 lbs. and use a map or GPS
- A brief background check (criminal and driving records) is required.
Responsibilities
- Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods
- Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.
- Mark findings on provided site maps
- Track mileage and time
- Return completed folders to your managers
