The CIH Inventory & Leads Program captures and converts high-intent consumer traffic into real estate transactions through strategic partnerships, delivering a diversified lead pipeline. As a Field Readiness Manager, you are responsible for ensuring inventory and lead programs are effectively translated into field understanding by aligning strategy, execution, and adoption. This role works at the intersection of Strategy, GTM, and Brokerage Leadership, partnering with L&D, Communications, Operations, and regional leadership (RVPs, DOOs) to ensure programs are clearly positioned, operationally executable, and adopted in the field. The focus is on driving consistent, high-quality field execution, ensuring marketplace strategies translate into aligned actions, strong adoption, and measurable progress toward goals, while maintaining field readiness at launch and continuously improving programs through structured feedback and cross-functional collaboration.
