The CIH Inventory & Leads Program is crucial for capturing and converting consumer traffic into real estate transactions through strategic partnerships. As a Field Readiness Manager, you will ensure inventory and lead programs are effectively understood and adopted by the field, aligning strategy, execution, and adoption. This role involves working at the intersection of Strategy, GTM, and Brokerage Leadership, in close partnership with L&D, Communications, Operations, and regional leadership (RVPs, DOOs) to ensure programs are clearly positioned, operationally executable, and adopted in the field. The focus is on driving consistent, high-quality field execution, ensuring marketplace strategies translate into aligned actions, strong adoption, and measurable progress toward goals, while maintaining field readiness at launch and continuously improving programs through structured feedback and cross-functional collaboration.
