Field Operations Coordinator Leidos is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator who will lead the TFDM Team across multiple field integration capacities in support of the FAA Terminal Flight Data Manager program (TFDM). Waterfall deployment The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for: Coordinate planning, staffing (Leidos and sub-contractors), and provide daily status of the implementation directly with Leidos and FAA Program Management Office personnel. Organize and Coordinate deployment activities among internal Leidos stakeholders such as Hardware Engineering, Network Engineering, Integration, Test, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, and FAA stakeholders. Coordinate staffing to accommodate waterfall deployment workload. Will be a combination of Leidos and sub-contract staffing efforts. Generate and develop sub-contract roles, staffing, expectations. Develop and maintain an integrated schedule which includes each system location beginning at site survey to the conclusion of Contractor maintenance responsibilities of Site Acceptance and associated drawing and documentation approval by the Government. Oversee checkpoint meetings and preparation of multiple contracts required drawings and documentation related to Site Survey and Implementation. Coordinate transitional efforts onsite from Leidos teams throughout waterfall. Track and report issues throughout waterfall integration points. Track any relevant earned value metrics to allow Leidos PMO to align budget and schedule. Come break things (in a good way). Then build them smarter.
