Field Marketing Manager
About The Position
Joyce Factory Direct is hiring a driven, hands-on Field Marketing Manager to drive lead generation across events and canvassing efforts while building and developing a high-performing team. This is a player-coach leadership role—you’ll lead from the front by generating leads yourself while coaching your team to hit and exceed targets. You’ll oversee two core channels: Events & Shows (home shows, festivals, retail activations) and Neighborhood Canvassing (targeted residential outreach). Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, canvassing, or event marketing
- Leadership experience or strong desire to step into management
- Comfortable working in the field and leading from the front
- Strong communication and coaching ability
- Willingness to travel locally and work evenings/weekends
- Ability to lift and set up event equipment
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and set appointments through events and canvassing
- Lead by example with strong personal production
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of marketers
- Manage day-to-day field performance across both channels
- Coach team members in real time to improve results
- Oversee scheduling, territory planning, and event execution
- Track performance and ensure team hit lead and appointment goals
- Support setup/teardown of events and field operations
