About The Position

DaBella is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead their event marketing, retail promotions, and face-to-face lead generation programs. In this role, the manager will oversee Brand Ambassadors, drive high-quality appointment setting, and manage all in-person marketing activities that connect the brand with homeowners. Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in field marketing, event promotions, retail marketing, sales leadership, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, team leadership, and customer engagement skills.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable smartphone are required.
  • Must pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all field marketing, event marketing, retail marketing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Drive appointment generation, demos, and lead quality across events, retail locations, and sponsorships.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and schedule a team of Brand Ambassadors / Event Marketers.
  • Manage event bookings, contracts, logistics, setup/breakdown, and brand assets.
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and maintain accurate CRM lead entry.
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and event organizers.
  • Ensure team performance meets productivity and cost targets.
