Requirements
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident engaging with diverse audiences
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally with branded marketing materials

- Prior leadership or field marketing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field marketing team within your territory
- Plan, manage, and execute strategic field marketing initiatives to generate high-quality sales leads
- Oversee the event calendar, including scheduling, logistics, execution, and post-event performance analysis
- Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts’ exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements
- Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, confidently showcasing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and Skybrook Kitchen products and services
- Engage with prospective customers through professional, consultative conversations
- Support sales growth by following up on leads and scheduling qualified sales appointments
- Assist with additional marketing initiatives, including outbound calls and lead nurturing
- Track, analyze, and report event performance to optimize future marketing strategies
- Support new market launches and assist with training and onboarding new team members as needed
