About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that directly support our restaurant locations. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll own the Field Marketing Program, manage in-store marketing materials, support franchisee marketing efforts, and serve as the primary liaison for franchisees, Field Business Consultants (FBCs), third-party vendors, and co-ops. Your work will directly impact guest visitation, sales growth, and brand consistency across our franchise and corporate locations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in field marketing (restaurant or franchise experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, managing local marketing initiatives and in-restaurant promotions
  • Expertise in agency and vendor management, including print production and promotional material development.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and marketing performance reporting in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in marketing technology tools and platforms related to digital signage and third-party delivery partners.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, preferred
  • restaurant or franchise experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing a comprehensive Field Marketing Program to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Overseeing all in-restaurant marketing materials including POP, video, signage, and digital boards.
  • Providing strategic marketing support to franchisees and serve as the main contact for all local marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating with finance on marketing KPIs and reporting.
  • Supporting all Grand Opening efforts, including PR coordination and local marketing execution.
  • Managing third-party delivery platform promotions and account performance.
  • Leading project management efforts with marketing agencies and print vendors.
  • Serving as the marketing contact for co-ops and corporate-owned locations.
  • Presenting marketing updates to leadership and collaborating across departments on initiatives.
  • Continuously improving franchisee communications and marketing resources, including the Marketing Portal.
